On December 17, 2019 at the FGBNU «NIOPP» was held a solemn Academic Council dedicated to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the institution. The Institute has an interesting history, at one time such outstanding scientists as A.D. Speransky, V. N. Chernihiv, V. V. Parin and others worked there. The glorious traditions of the Institute and its scientific activities were reflected in the report of the Director of the Research Institute сorresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences S. G. Morozov «Past, present, a look into the future». In the program of the festive event also aroused great interest the screening of a documentary film about Academician Speransky, created in 1963. Among the invited guests, it is worth noting the relatives of A. D. Speransky – his grandson P. K. Voskresensky (surgeon) and great-grandson P. S. Speransky (PhD), who made a report on the famous ancestor and his scientific interests in biomedical science.
